Brussels Office

Since April 2001 the Brussels Office has been accredited with EU institutions (European Commission and European Parliament), the Italian diplomatic service (the Italian EU Permanent Representative and the Italian Embassy to the Kingdom of Belgium) and has set up concrete collaborative initiatives with all the sector’s main European Federations and Associations (UNICE, CEMA, CECE, ORGALIME).

UNACOMA’s Brussels office collaborates with the relevant services in Rome in carrying out a series of activities aimed at consolidating the Association’s image at a European level, together with the image of the entire Italian sector of Agricultural, Gardening and Earth-moving Machinery.

The Brussels section’s main role is to promote and consolidate direct relations with community institutions, implementing stimulation and suggestion initiatives aimed at attracting the European Commission’s attention to the special features and problems relating to the sector represented by the Association, thus favouring the drawing up, approval and enforcement of special support policies.
